They have a soft and spongy *3mm sole and are extremely comfortable to wear. Perfect for hen nights and wearing at the beach too. 

Available in medium size only, they fit ALL adult ladies foot sizes who wear shoes between sizes **7 i.e 4,5,6,7 the most popular women's shoes sizes. They are **5mm long and *5mm wide at their widest point.
