Chamomile is one of the world's most widely used herbs with a strong influence in Europe's history. This flower has long been used to prepare a gently soothing tea with its own pleasing, sweet apple-like aroma and delicate flavour. Morlife's Chamomile Mellow is fortified with extract to enhance its beneficial properties. Enjoy this relaxing tea at the end of the day as an excellent night-cap. Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) flower, fortified with specially prepared & extracted flower. Directions: Infuse 1 - 2 teabags in hot water (not boiling) for 2 - *0 minutes. Use up to three times daily between meals. Best consumed without milk. Add honey to sweeten if desired. Restrictions: Those who are allergic to chamomile (or plants of the Asteraceae family) should avoid taking this product.
