The carbide indexable metal cutting inserts for Milling and turning are available in ISO standard sizes and shapes-both un-coated and PVD coated condition. Unique features are submicron tungsten carbide substrate bonded with cobalt binder. Special edge geometries suit general purpose machining of steels, cast irons, SG irons, Die steels etc. Main purpose of these products is not only to minimize the cost of manufacturing per component, but also to reduce the actual cash requirement burden on the buyer. The same grades and geometries can be used for machining of more than one materials, thus reducing the inventory. Application support data available from the manufacturer. Using these parameters recommendations, optimum cost effective performance can be achieved to get most economical production and high productivity. The inserts are produced at our factory located at Sinnar in western India, *0 kms from Nashik, **0 kms from Pune and **0 kms from Mumbai. We manufacture our own tungsten carbide powders either using tungsten trioxide or using carbide scrap recycling processes, in environmentally conscious manner. PVD coating is carried out for us at the advanced PVD coating facility of a world leader in PVD coatings.
