Big eccentric structure

The center of valve rod and the center of pipeline are eccentric to a large degree. Butterfly plate can swing freely under the impact of water flow and dead weight to control the direction of water flow, so as to adapt to the optimal flow status and avoid vortex and turbulence.

Tilting butterfly disc

Tilting butterfly disc is so designed that the valve can be opened under small water flow pressure and remains at an angle corresponding to the water flow under the action of dead weight of butterfly plate. Once the water flow direction changes, butterfly plate will immediately move downward until closure, thus protecting the safety of water pump. 

Outer damping structure

The coordination of butterfly plate movement and damping action can fully absorb the energy of water hammer without the need of installation of hammer, avoiding hidden safety concerns. The actuator can be assembled and disassembled independently, convenient for maintenance and repair.

Truss design

Butterfly plate is of truss design. Truss structure mainly bears axial tension or pressure, thus making full use of the strength of materials. It can save more materials than solid structure in case of large span, reduce dead weight and increase rigidity. Meanwhile, it reduces flow resistance, suitable for the butterfly valve of large diameter.

Adjustable closing speed

When the valve is closed, valve rod will revolve with butterfly plate, driving the piston to move in the oil cylinder. The speed of piston movement depends on the speed at which the oil in the cylinder discharges to the oil cup. Stroke shutoff valves are linked with piston rod. In closing the valve, when butterfly plate is closed to a degree of *0%, one stroke shutoff valve is automatically closed through limit device to reduce the oil volume of the oil cup(depending on the actual working condition). When butterfly plate is further closed to a degree of *0%, one stroke shutoff valve is closed through the limit device, oil is discharged at a slower speed until gradual closure of butterfly plate, without collision sound. 

Adaptability to complex media

Compared with multi-functional water pump control valve, it is more suitable for complex media, such as wastewater, short fiber, fluid inclusive of particle, etc.
