CAN YOU MEET THESE SIMPLE BUYING REQUIREMENTS/PROCEDURES?

Are you a buyer (do you have a Buyer) who can meet these rather simple and straightforward Requirements/Procedures?

1. Seller & Buyer sign a Contract (for a BLCO, CIF deal)
2. Buyer issues an MT. **9 as proof of funds showing that it can pay for the cargo (2 million bbl BLCO)
3. Upon confirmation of the MT **9 through its Bank, the Seller nominates a vessel, loads and it and vessel proceeds to buyer's Port of Destination (POD) for Q&Q
4. At the Buyer’s POD, after the Q&Q Test, the buyer makes full payment of product via swift wire transfer.

NOTE, THE BOTTOM LINE:With just the buyer’s proof of funds ONLY (MT **9), the seller can load and deliver to buyer's port of discharge, and you pay NOT a single dime UNTIL you’ve done your Q&Q of the delivered product at your POD..
