Omega*3,6,9

Blackmores Flaxseed Oil ***0mg is a source of
beneficial vegetarian omega*3,6 and 9 fatty acids; in particular,
it is a rich source of omega*3 containing *0% omega*3, alpha-
linolenic acid.

In western diets today, the ratio of omega*3 to omega*6 is
significantly lower than recommended.

A good balance of these healthy nutrients may help reduce inflammatio, contribute to a healthy
heart and cardiovascular syste, may be important for healthy skin and hair

A deficiency, in essential fatty acids can lead to dryness, scaliness and redness of the skin.

The most common cources of omega*3 are fish and eggs. Therefore vegetarians are often at risk of having low levels of
omega*3 in their diet.

Ingredients

Active ingredient per capsule:

Linseed oil (Flaxseed oil) 1g (***0mg) (containing Linolenic acid **0mg)

No added sugar, yeast, gluten, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Directions

As a supplement for improved balance of essential fatty acids:

Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times daily, or as professionally prescribed.

As an anti-inflammatory:

Adults - Take 2 to 4 capsules 3 times daily, or as professionally prescribed.

Children 6 - *2 years - Take 1 to 2 capsules daily(prick and squeeze into milk or juice), or as professionally prescribed.

Children under 6 - Only as professionally prescibed.
