A simple and innovative process of cold extraction of vegetal oil, Mod G4.2 is a State-of-Art Biodiesel Refinery Plant making use of environmental clean microwave technology. Its modular design incorporates commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) principles to allow easy maintenance (COTS) and access to clean it. The high quality towers are made out of stainless steel. Mod G4.2 is a cost effective Biodiesel Refinery Plant that preserves the natural chemicals characteristics of the seeds to be used as energy resource. (Corn, Soybean, Sunflower, Cotton, Peanuts, Jathropa, Canola, Mustard, and many other seeds have been approved and tested.) Due to the intensive care on the extraction process and preparation of the oil, its resultant is an excellent quality and low cost of production. It also aggregates value generating sub products to the farmer.
