Automatic corrosion cleaner is used
for IC manufacturing process single-crystal round wet cleaning
equipment. It adopts monocrystal round way of one piece box
cleaning wafer. It USES manipulator automatic take pieces put
piece, effectively improve the wafer cleaning efficiency and
cleaning effect.

※The
whole machine frame made of stainless steel

form and recessed observation window use transparent PVC
manufacturing and is convenient for the user to observe wafer
state .

the whole process, have process step shows, steps troubleshooting
tips, progress instruction, police records, etc.
※Equipment built-in chemical liquid, deionized
water heating device, temperature display at the user interface,
the temperature can be set.
※Manipulator take/ put pieces. Wafer transfer
steps: slice box - center location device - corrosion cleaning
cavity- XiaPian box.
※Process steps include acid corrosion, swing dry,
hot water cleaning, cold water cleaning, nitrogen drying,
satisfying customers' various needs .
※Process steps user programmable steps, including
technology, process parameter setting decrease, mass storage
space convenient user store multiple process documents, spatial
capacity more than 1G .
※The man-machine interactive way use touch
screen, and equipped with mouse and keyboard, user-friendly
