Brief instruction：  

The machine was design according to following 
transmission principle,when auger rotate, 
because of push force, under itself gravity 
of materials, the friction force of materials，inside wall of pipe and among the materials, 
Materials takes form of relative slide to move 
forward in the materials pipe.

Features:

* Using eccentric block which fixed on main 
  spindle of motor to rotate steadily to make 
  vibrating of hopper, so it's avoid congluti- 
  -nation for materials of flow ability is not 
  good.Adjustable in amplitude, high efficiency 
  for vibration excitation.

* It's takes separated design for feeding pipe 
  and vibrating hopper to make running is more 
  steadily.

* The top of auger is fixed by clamp, it's easy 
  to draw out whole auger bar when dismantlement
  to clean.

* Hose interface is fixed by clamp, it is rapid 
  and simple for dismantlement.

* It can install sensor and intelligent control 
  circuit to control quantity of materials, feeding
  automatic, error correct alarm.
