This equipment (the continuous combination line) has two styles: one is CJMFH ***0/****-I, which is extruding machine on line; the other is CJMFH ***0 /****-II, which is PE extruding machine not on line but PE combination after rolling. These two types have their own advantages. Advantages of CJMFH ***0/****-I: 1) Saves the PE plate material as well as the unrolling and warming up consumable 2) Easy operation: it doesn't need to roll the PE plate 3) High rate of finished products: one percent higher than CJMFH ***0/****-II CJMFH ***0/****-II: 1) Advantages: a) High speed of finishing products: reaches **5m/min because it's not subjected to the PE extruding machine's control, thus its cost for each square is comparatively low b) High yield rate 2) Disadvantage: high cost in warming up the extruding machine and rolling up the PE plates These two kinds of lines are the same from the present macromolecule film to the finished products plat. They are automatic to set the PE plate of certain strength to the preset annulus to make the film combined with the plate. Then this combined material will be sent to be combined with the pre-warmed aluminum roll. After several times' combination and level off, and if it's molded, it's then sent to the cool oven for cooling. Then the cooled plat will be covered by a protecting coat and sent to the trimming machine then cut according to the customer's requirements. Considering of the above advantages and disadvantages, we recommend the customer to analyze his own condition and the benefits so as to choose the proper style of this machine.
