▪. Upon receipt, Seller to issue FCO (Full Corporate Offer) with all process and procedure stated
▪ Buyer to acknowledge by signature and stamp and send back to Seller
▪ Then Seller to issue Draft Contract to Buyer for review and confirm
• Seller will issue Official Contract for both signature and stamp
▪ Buyer to send a copy of Draft MT**5 **0% to Seller.
▪ Seller to confirm in the bank, Bank must be non Chinese top *0 Banks.
▪ Seller to invite Buyer's representatives (2 nos) to visit the warehouse. Seller will arrange visas. Or 1 minute video showing material with name of the buyer, contract number and current date
