Product Description

The convection gauge sensor designed to  provide reliable measurements from 1mTorr to ***0 Torr. Its repeatability helps insure that processes start at the desired pressure time-after-time. The convection sensor can be controlled by a Televac MX4A active gauge, MC**0 gauge controller, or MM**0 gauge controller.
