If you submit any information to TradeKey.com to be published on the Site through the publishing tools, including but not limited to Company Directory, Product Catalog, Trade Leads, then you are deemed to have given consent to the publication of such information ("Publishing Information").
If you establish a credit account with us or our providers or if you purchase a product or service from TradeKey.com or a vendor available through TradeKey.com, we collect additional information, including billing information, (but not credit card numbers and expiration dates) and tracking information from cheques or money orders ("Payment Information").
In addition, we gather aggregate statistical information about our Site and Users, such as IP addresses, browser software, operating system, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors, etc. ("Statistical Information").
Registration Information, Publishing Information, Payment Information, Statistical Information and any information we collect from you through the use of cookies (see Section 4 below) or any other means shall collectively be referred to as "Collected Information".

If you are a seller then the information collected from you are used to send your sell-offers and company profile links to prospective buyers so that they contact you for negotiating a business deal; similarly if you are a buyer, your collected information shall be used to find sellers of the products you are looking for providing you quotations and sell-offers from concerned suppliers. We therefore ask and encourage our members (both sellers/buyers) to share their ‘collected information’ with their consent for their own personal and business interests; because we are also providing our business promotion services to our free-members too without charging them any single penny. Hence, collection of your information is a pre-requisite for us to work for you.
We use your Collected Information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our Site's content, layout and service specifically for you.

This includes not only the publishing/displaying of your company profile, contact details, banners, sell offers, buy offers, product displays, but also inquiries/messages you send to the TradeKey.com's members using TradeKey.com's services our amongst other services, which may be published/displayed on TradeKey.com's website for your facilitation/promotion.
By using the TradeKey.com's services you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and TradeKey.com's User Agreement that allow TradeKey.com to process and publish/display your information/inquiries/messages.
Provision of information and messaging TradeKey.com's members using TradeKey.com's services, including any information deemed 'sensitive' by applicable law, is entirely voluntary on your part.

At TradeKey.com, your payment information will be collected by 3rd party vendor in order to enable transactions to be completed by TradeKey.com. Any credit card information that you provide through the vendor Site is directly submitted to a payment server of the credit card processing bank. Third party vendors process and maintain billing/payment processing information as per their policies and terms and conditions that may be reviewed on their sites.
Third party vendors have in place up-to-date technology and internal procedures to guard your Payment Information against intruders, however there is no guarantee that such technology or procedure can eliminate all of the risks of theft, loss or mis-use.
