SOLAGRON is the only facility in Europe where all three of the Cryogenic Freezing, Freeze-Drying (Lyophilization), and Supercritical CO2 Extraction systems can operate integrated and separately. Our facility has BRCGS, FSSC****0, FDA, Halal and Kosher certificates. Our factory is in Silifke, located on the Mediterranean coastline in the south of Trkiye. Cryogenically Freeze-Dried Fruits are produced by processing the fruits grown in different regions of Trkiye, especially the fruits grown in the region, and offered for sale under our Madame Lyra's brand. In the technology infrastructure of our factory, there is a **0Lx2 extractor capacity Supercritical CO₂ Extraction System. We obtain extracts from medicinal and aromatic plants grown in different corners of our country, especially in the regional flora, with this high-level technology. A preparative chromatography system was also added to our technology infrastructure. With this system, the bioactive components in the extracts we take with the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction system are purified. Our two separate state-supported R&D projects (TUBİTAK and TAGEM) that we are currently carrying out are on the evaluation of citrus peels and providing value-added product (food grade and pharma grade d-limonene) to the health sector. We also contribute as a partner to the application process for a Horizon Europe project covering the health benefits of Berry group fruits and bioactive component purification like Fisetin. In addition to general laboratory devices, our laboratory infrastructure includes high-level laboratory systems such as LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS chromatography systems. As SOLAGRON, we also have a microalgae production facility. Obtaining protein powder from microalgae we produce and purifying phycocyanin and astaxanthin from this powder to offer health sector are among our short-term goals.
