All these years, the high-performance PMI foam cores used in China was imported from Germany. The ROHACELL PMI foam has long been a monopoly in China's PMI foams market. A few years ago, we developed the PMI foam cores and realized the domestic quantity production. Now we expand the international market with excellent performance and competitive price advantage of our products.
 
LX specializes in R&D, production, and marketing special high-performance foam materials. The main product is HaroCell™ polymethylacrylimide (PMI) foams which have obtained national invention patents. Our product performance has reached the international advanced level (same as ROHACELL). We have an advanced PMI foams production line with an annual output of ***0m3, and the second production line under construction. It is the first domestic manufacturer that can produce large-thickness PMI foams. Now, we have more than *0 specifications of HaroCell™ PMI foams products. HaroCell™ PMI foam has high specific strength, high specific modulus, high Thermostable, and closed-cell property. Under the same density conditions, the strength, modulus, and tensile strength of PMI foam are much higher than other foams. So the HaroCell™ PMI foams are the first choice for composite sandwich materials.
 
HaroCell™ has been applications in Aircraft, UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle), Radome, rail vehicles, high-speed ships, wind power blades, medical equipment, sports equipment, audio products, fishing floats and other fields.
 
We provide PMI structural foams (radio absorption, wave absorption, fire retardant). Deep sea buoyancy material, phenolic foams, cross-linked polystyrene, carbon foams and other special composite materials and its products. 
 
Moreover, we provide complete post-processing services. Including CNC machined, thermoformed, granule foaming (foaming in mold), and so on.
