Packaged Membrane Bioreactors (MBR’S) CHEMARA packaged MBRs (Submerged and side stream) offer exceptional performance, delivering unrivalled and reliable treatment results to population areas. MBR technique, a new method for wastewater treatment, integrates membrane separation and biotechnology, rejects activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in aerobic tank/MBR tank with membrane separation plant, thus saving the use of secondary sedimentation tank. Consequently, the concentration of activated sludge rises greatly, the HRT and the SRT could be controlled separately, and difficult degraded matters are constantly degraded and reacting in reactor. Therefore, compared to traditional biological treatment methods, MBR technique greatly strengthens the function of the bioreactor with the using of membrane separation.

Packaged Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR’S) SBR is a fill-and-draw Extended Aeration System for sewage treatment. In this system, sewage is added to a single “batch” reactor and all the Equalization, aeration, and clarification can all be achieved using a single batch reactor. SBR is designed to minimize operation and maintenance cost all equipment's accessible from side the plant eliminating the need to dewater. Power requirement is very less due to intermittent operation of pumps and blower. The overall power consumption is *0% compared to other all process.

Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR’S) Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor MBBR process is a state-of-the-art fixed-film (or attached growth) biological process used for wastewater treatment both municipally and industrially for BOD removal, nitrification and denitrification. A Moving Bed Biofilm MBBR reactor consists of a tank with submerged but floating plastic (usually HDPE, polyethylene or polypropylene) media having specific gravity less than 1.0. The large surface area of the plastics provide abundant surface for bacterial growth. Biomass grows on the surface as a thin film whose thickness usually varies between *****0 microns.
