In our farm we cultivate, hand-pick, dry, package and sell herbs and their derivatives (essential oils and hydrosols).

Our privately owned land is on the foothills of Pierria Mountains in West Macedonia, Greece. They are far away from non-biological cultivations. They havent been cultivated for many years so as to be totally free from pesticides and remnants of other plantations. It is a **0% organic cultivation and follows strict protocols and standards. We use no insecticides, fertilizers or pesticides.

We handpick every herb  when it is ready with the help of special trained workers.

We dry the herbs in our own establishments in Velvedo. The dry room is part of a traditional building, fully renovated to serve this purpose which was exactly was it was built for in the first place more than *0 years before. In this building we have also our lab and the room where we package the herbs, the essential oils and the hydrosols.

We distill the herbs in the distillery of Agios Athanasios Monastery in Erarira village, which is located ***0m below sea level on Mount Askio. The water used for the distillery comes directly from a spring above the monastery.

OUR PRODUCTS SO FAR

We cultivate three different herbs:

Melissa (Melissa officinalis l., Family: Lamia), Peppermint (Mentha piperita L., Family: Lamiaceae) andOregano (Origanum vulgare L., ssp.hirtum (Greek oregano), family: Lamiaceae (Labiatae).  We package and sell for each one of them the following:

• Herb
• Essential oil
• Hydrosol (floral water)
